The last Diablo ever produced was the star of the Festival Car in Moncalieri and of the Concorso d’Eleganza in Varignana, where a Miura certified by Polo Storico was awarded
Sant’Agata Bolognese, 1st October 2025 – Automobili Lamborghini’s Polo Storico department took part last weekend in two prestigious events: the Concorso d’Eleganza Varignana 1705, held in Castel San Pietro Terme (Bologna), and the Festival Car in Revigliasco, Moncalieri (Turin). Officially representing the brand was the final Diablo ever produced, preserved in the company collection and a symbol of a model celebrating the 35th anniversary of its debut this year. Participation in the two events is part of the celebrations for the tenth anniversary of Polo Storico, the department created to preserve and enhance the heritage of the Sant’Agata Bolognese marque. This milestone further confirms its growing role as an international reference point for collectors and enthusiasts; a custodian of Lamborghini tradition on the most prestigious heritage stages worldwide. During the Concorso d’Eleganza Varignana, a Miura P400 certified by Lamborghini Polo Storico took first place in the supercar class.

At the Concorso d’Eleganza Varignana 1705, Lamborghini Polo Storico participated with the last Diablo produced, from the company collection and considered an authentic guardian of a decisive chapter in the brand’s history. Alongside this car, three privately-owned Lamborghinis also paraded, each representing a different page in the Sant’Agata Bolognese legend. In the category dedicated to the 1980s, a 1987 Countach 5000 QV from the ASI Bertone Collection was presented, emblematic of the design and power of that decade. Representing the golden age of Italian grand tourers was a 1965 350 GT, the first production car built by the company and the authentic starting point of its sporting tradition, alongside a 1968 Miura P400 certified by Lamborghini Polo Storico. As further confirmation of the value of classic Lamborghinis and the importance of authenticity certification issued by Polo Storico, the Miura won first place in the “Supercar” class, an adjective coined specifically for this model.
On 28 September, Polo Storico and the Diablo moved to a new setting, taking part in the Festival CAR – Concorso d’Eleganza di Revigliasco, in Moncalieri (Turin). The event, included in the international FIVA calendar and organized by Autoappassionati.it, gathered together some of the most iconic historic automobiles. In this prestigious context, the presence of the Diablo reaffirmed Lamborghini’s bond with concours d’elegance: privileged occasions to celebrate the history and authenticity preserved by the company’s heritage department.
