ZEISS launches Collaborative Care application to strengthen continuity of care; new solution offers on-premises and cloud-based options

Built on the ZEISS Health Data Platform, ZEISS Collaborative Care offers eye care professionals a flexible way to collaborate – whether as a standalone cloud application or as an integrated extension of ZEISS FORUM – enabling secure data sharing, structured referrals, and real-time clinical coordination to strengthen continuity of care across the ophthalmic workflow.

The new solution addresses longstanding challenges in ophthalmic care, particularly fragmented data sharing, and inefficient referral processes. By enabling real-time communication, structured referrals, and shared clinical insights, ZEISS Collaborative Care empowers providers to make fast and confident clinical decisions.

ZEISS Collaborative Care will be demonstrated for the first time at the 100% Optical 2026 congress in London from Feb. 28 to March 2, and then again at the Vision Expo event in Orlando, FL, from March 11 to 14.
