In connection with this month’s rebalancing, no change was made to the composition of the index.
The performance of the Virtune Crypto Altcoin Index ETP for July was +37.89%
The rebalancing is carried out according to the index that the ETP tracks, the Virtune Crypto Altcoin Index. The purpose of the monthly rebalancing is to reset the weights of each crypto asset to provide equal-weighted exposure to altcoins.
In July, the crypto market had a strong month with significant gains. Stellar and XRP led the way with impressive increases of 68.7% and 35.0%, closely followed by Uniswap, which rose by 31.1%. Cardano and Chainlink also performed well, gaining 29.3% and 26.7% respectively. Avalanche and Litecoin increased by 25.1% and 23.4%. Solana also saw positive development with an 11.3% rise, making July a very strong month for several major altcoins.
