(“Danayi”) to provide digital marketing services for a two (2) month term commencing on February 9, 2026, in consideration of an up-front payment of USD$125,000.
Danayi shall utilize digital marketing and online advertisements through www.wallstreetlogic.com. Danayi does not currently own any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company or its securities. The stock options and restricted share units are issued pursuant to the Company’s share compensation plans and are subject to vesting over one year.
