Phil Wedemeyer Joins GATE Energy’s Board of Directors

HOUSTON, Oct. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — GATE Energy is pleased to announce that Mr. Phil Wedemeyer has joined our Board of Directors. Mr. Wedemeyer’s substantial experience includes auditing, consulting and service as a director of companies involved in the energy business.

Mr. Wedemeyer currently serves as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of HighGround Advisors, a non-profit investment and trust services company. He previously served as a Director and Member of the Audit Committees of Ensco PLC, which merged with Rowan Companies PLC and renamed Valaris PLC in 2019; Horizon Offshore, Inc.; and Powell Electrical Manufacturing Company. He also served as Director and Chair of the Audit Committees of Atwood Oceanics, Inc., which was acquired by Ensco plc in 2017; Willbros Group, Inc., which was acquired by Primoris, Inc. in June 2018; and HMS Income Fund, Inc.
