IOC Executive Board approves seven athletes changes of sporting nationality for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games

10 December 2025 – Today, during the second day of its meeting at Olympic House in Lausanne, the International Olympic Committee Executive Board accepted seven applications for athletes’ changes of sporting nationality, in accordance with Rule 41 of the Olympic Charter.

  • Mr Davidson Henrique DE SOUZA – Bobsleigh – from Canada to Brazil
  • Ms Laurence FOURNIER BEAUDRY – Figure Skating – from Canada to France 
  • Ms Caoimhe HEAVEY – Freestyle Skiing – from Canada to Great Britain
  • Ms Piera HUDSON – Alpine Skiing – from New Zealand to United Arab Emirates
  • Mr Dylan MORSE – Luge – from Canada to Great Britain
  • Mr Louis OBERSTEINER – Ski Jumping – from Austria to France
  • Mr Nathan TCHIBOZO – Alpine Skiing – from Togo to Benin
