OKLAHOMA CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#EHD–The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Egyptian Health Department (“EHD”), with respect to their recent data breach. On December 21st, 2023, EHD discovered that an unauthorized third-party potentially accessed and acquired sensitive and personal information. EHD launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation was completed by June 12th, 2024, and notices were issued to those affected. The information possibly exposed may include names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, addresses, driver’s license numbers, financial/bank account information and/or other identification numbers.
