29 November 2024 – Fans around the world can now access exclusive hospitality packages for the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, with a wide range of offerings being unveiled by the Milano Cortina 2026 Organising Committee and On Location, the official hospitality provider for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Available now via the official hospitality platform, these packages promise an unforgettable Games-time experience, blending world-class sport with the captivating culture, cuisine and landscapes of northern Italy.
Building on the successful launch of the IOC’s revamped global hospitality model, which was introduced at the Olympic Games Paris 2024, this will be the first time that such a comprehensive hospitality programme has been offered for the Olympic Winter Games.
Once-in-a-lifetime hospitality experiences
The Milano Cortina 2026 Hospitality Programme includes a range of options tailored to suit both corporate clients and members of the public, with all packages featuring tickets to a Winter Olympic sporting event or ceremony alongside outstanding dining and entertainment offerings.
These include Ticket-Inclusive Hospitality Packages, which provide access to shared or private lounges located within the event venues. These spaces, designed with Alpine-inspired décor, feature exquisite regional Italian cuisine and offer premium service before, during and after the chosen events.
For those seeking a seamless travel experience, the Overnight Packages include two-to-four nights of accommodation, tickets to Olympic events, and a comprehensive transport service. These packages ensure comfort and convenience while enabling visitors to explore the breathtaking Dolomites and charming Italian villages.
For a more personalised experience, the Custom Programmes provide tailored hospitality that includes exclusive accommodation, private transport and curated activities such as tours of the Dolomites or private meetings with Olympians and Paralympians.
Hospitality options also extend to the highly anticipated Opening Ceremony in Milan and the Closing Ceremony in Verona, allowing guests to witness these historic events in unmatched style and comfort.
“Never seen before” level of hospitality
On Location, a leader in the experiential hospitality business, was appointed as the exclusive service provider for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026 and LA28 hospitality programmes, working closely with the respective Organising Committees to create packages to enhance each event and provide a truly unforgettable hospitality experience.
“Following the tremendous success of our hospitality programme at the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, we are excited to bring the refined elegance of northern Italy to our offerings for Milano Cortina 2026,” said Will Whiston, Executive Vice-President of Olympic and Paralympic Games for On Location. “On Location will help customers travelling between multiple sporting events and cities navigate the unique weather and terrain needed for these Games through our amazing luxury travel and accommodation packages.”
Emilio Pozzi, Managing Director of On Location Italy, added: “The quality of hospitality we will offer for Milano Cortina 2026 has never been seen before at the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, or any winter sports event in Italy. We are proud to be the first to execute this level of experience in the nation’s history and show the world the exquisite culture, cuisine and landscapes of Italy.”
Ensuring authenticity and security
To ensure authenticity and safety, tickets and hospitality packages are exclusively available via the official Milano Cortina 2026 channels. By buying tickets or hospitality packages outside official sources, buyers run the risk that tickets or packages will not be delivered or will be cancelled by the Milano Cortina 2026 Organising Committee in line with the terms and conditions.
In recognition of Visa’s longstanding partnership with the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Visa is the Official Way to Pay.
Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first edition of the Olympic Winter Games to fully implement the IOC’s new centralised model for the Olympic ticketing and hospitality programmes. Launched as part of the Olympic Agenda 2020+5 reforms, this innovative approach aims to provide fans around the world with seamless access to tickets and hospitality packages, while simplifying operations, enhancing services to stakeholders, and creating new revenue opportunities.
