Candidature documents for the IOC presidential candidates now available

19 December 2024 – The candidature documents of the candidates for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) presidential election to be held at the 144^th IOC Session, in Greece, which were received before the deadline, are now available on ioc.org. The documents are available in at least one of the two official languages of the IOC (French and English).*

The candidature documents published today will form the basis of the presidential candidates’ presentations to the IOC Members on 30 January 2025 in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The publishing of the candidature documents online is an important element of transparency and of good governance in the presidential election process, and will allow the public and media to understand the vision of each candidate for the IOC and the Olympic Movement should they be elected.
